Onward Design Collaborative was launched in May 2021 to bring a fun, creative attitude to architecture, urban design, illustration and visioning projects. The firm actively seeks opportunities to work with residential clients, non-profits and small businesses that are interested in creative solutions and innovative construction techniques.

Jeremy Smith, AIA is a licensed architect in the State of Ohio and has over 25 years experience working in the region on projects at virtually every scale from conceptual design through construction administration, with a passion for collaborating with clients, stakeholders and consultants. Smith is an active member in the community working with student mentorship programs and non-profits, and has been a member of the Architectural Board of Review for the City of Lakewood. Jeremy has taught and lectured at a number of universities in the region and is a graduate of Kent State University’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative with Master’s degrees in Architecture and in Urban Design.

Beau occasionally acts as office manager when not lounging in his favorite chair. He is a big kid at heart stuck in the body of a Bernedoodle.
